Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Representative role based in Lagos with the flexibility to work from home, as a freelance and on field ..The Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting with clients, understanding their property requirements, showcasing available properties, negotiating sales contracts, making sales, selling properties and providing excellent customer service throughout the buying or selling process.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Nigeria
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service orientation and sales experience
- Understanding of property sales contracts and legal requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field / sales experience Ready to learn how to sell real estate
