Are you a results-driven Sales Professional with a knack for digital strategy and a passion for driving growth? At Ditrop, a forward-thinking tech and digital solutions company, we're seeking a motivated individual to take ownership of our sales process, from lead generation to a successful close. This is a highly results-driven role where your ability to deliver tangible growth and exceed targets will be paramount. The compensation package is a 200k base salary with additional uncapped commissions for every closed deal , directly tying your earnings to your success. You'll be a pivotal member of our team, focused on not just closing deals but also nurturing long-term client relationships and contributing directly to our company's expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve and consistently exceed ambitious revenue targets. This includes market analysis, identifying key verticals, and creating tailored outreach strategies.
CRM and Pipeline Management: Act as the primary administrator of our HubSpot CRM. You'll be responsible for meticulous lead tracking, managing the entire sales pipeline, and generating detailed sales reports to inform business decisions.
End-to-End Sales Ownership: Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead qualification to conducting compelling presentations and negotiating and closing complex deals with both new and existing clients.
Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with our in-house marketing team to provide valuable insights from the sales funnel. Your input will be crucial in ensuring our digital ad campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn are optimized for maximum conversions and aligned with sales objectives.
Client Consultation & Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining an in-depth understanding of various digital advertising platforms and performance metrics to guide their strategies. Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor activities, and gathering customer feedback to continually refine and optimize our sales approach.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Sales Expertise: A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated success in a B2B sales role, preferably within the tech, SaaS, or digital services industries. Your track record should show a consistent ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- HubSpot Proficiency: You must be highly conversant with the full functionality of HubSpot CRM , including its sales and marketing hubs. Certification is a significant plus.
- Digital Acumen: A strong, working knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and a solid understanding of key performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, etc.).
- Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: The ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and compellingly in both written and verbal communication. You should possess strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-Motivated & Analytical: A self-starter who thrives in a target-oriented environment and can work independently with minimal supervision. You must have strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and campaign performance to drive strategy.
