Position: Real Estate SalesPerson (Full-time)
Location: Asaba, Delta State
Work Schedule: Mondays – Fridays (8am - 5pm)
Job Description:
As a Sales Person, you will:
● Promote and sell our land/property offerings
● Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, DMs, and physical
marketing
● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
● Conduct site inspections and property tours
● Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales
● Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
● Provide feedback to improve marketing strategies
Required Skill Set:
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Good negotiation and persuasion skills
● Confidence in handling objections and closing deals
● Self-motivated and target-driven
● Social media savvy (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
● Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (training will be provided)
● Must be willing to learn and work as a team
Salary & Compensation:
● Monthly Base Pay: ₦75,000 – ₦100,000 (based on target met/achieved)
● Commission: Up to 15% per closed deal
● Performance Bonus: Up to 75% Salary Increase Per Year (based on quarterly
targets met)
