We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing qualified sales leads, meeting monthly revenue targets, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy. You will receive verified leads from the marketing and business development teams and are expected to convert them efficiently through excellent client engagement, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with pre-qualified leads provided by the company and convert them into successful sales.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored product/service solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a high conversion rate through timely follow-ups, client engagement, and consistent pipeline management.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and contracts as needed.
- Report sales activities, forecasts, and outcomes regularly to management.
- Build strong relationships with clients to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in fast-paced industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- Must be based in Lagos .
