About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead our sales department, develop strategic plans, and ensure targets are met. This role requires a strong ability to manage teams, build relationships, and identify business growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research. Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
