Job Description/Requirements
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to take full ownership of our B2B sales function. This is a new role within the company, and we’re looking for someone who doesn’t need direction to get started. You must have hands-on experience in B2B SaaS sales, a proven record of closing deals, and a strategic mindset to build and execute plans that bring in business and drive growth.
What You'll Do
Identify and reach out to potential business clients.Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain clients.
Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and industry forums; pitch and present our solutions to businesses and decision-makers.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Report on sales targets, activities, and results regularly.
Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and improve performance
Work closely with marketing, product, tech and Customer success teams to improve the B2B process.
Build sales processes and frameworks from scratch where needed.
Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
Explore new markets and business opportunities.
What You Must Have
3–4 years of solid experience in B2B sales, specifically in a SaaS company.
Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into paying customers.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and turn it into action.
Ability to simplify and explain technical products to a non-technical audience.
Able to work independently with little to no supervision.
Experience building or improving sales processes and strategies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation Package
300k - 600k (depending on level of experience)
Additional sales commissions may apply based on targets met.
