Digital Bazookas Tech Academy is on a mission to empower the next generation of tech professionals — and we’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Expert to join our growing team. This is a commission-based opportunity for someone who thrives on results, builds strong client relationships, and has a passion for the tech industry and education.
? Key Responsibilities:
✅ Student Enrollment Focus:
- Drive monthly student registrations for our tech programs (e.g., web development, digital marketing, UI/UX, and more).
- Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and close enrollments.
- Conduct discovery calls and consultations to match students with the right program.
- Represent the academy at online and in-person events (when applicable).
✅ Tech Sales Responsibilities:
- Promote Digital Bazookas’ additional tech services (e.g., digital solutions, software products, tech consulting).
- Identify and approach potential B2B and B2C clients interested in tech training or services.
- Help grow strategic partnerships with schools, companies, and training hubs.
- Stay up-to-date on tech trends to better position our offerings.
✅ Sales Process Management:
- Maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Provide weekly reports on targets, leads, and conversions.
- Suggest new outreach strategies to improve enrollment numbers. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with promotions.
? Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in education, tech, or services).
- Excellent communication and closing skills.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work under a commission-only model. Strong interest in the tech industry and digital education.
