Location: Ibadan
Our real estate is a reputable and fast-growing real estate company dedicated to delivering exceptional properties and unparalleled customer service. We specialize in residential developments, commercial spaces, luxury homes, land sales. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executive to join our vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, generating leads and nurturing relationships.
2. Conduct property viewings and presentations, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our portfolio.
3. Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding set targets.
4. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sales support.
5. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities in the Abuja real estate market.
6. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records.
7. Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
2. Strong understanding of the Abuja property market.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
4. Highly persuasive and adept at negotiation.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. A relevant degree or diploma is an added advantage.
