We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our client's gift shop in Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right gift items, providing expert advice, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. A strong knowledge of perfumes and other gift items is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable perfumes and other gift items tailored to their preferences and needs.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to guide customers’ purchasing decisions.
- Maintain the presentation of shelves and displays, ensuring items are properly arranged and stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of product ranges, trends, and promotions.
- Support inventory management, including restocking and reporting low stock.
