Job Title: Sales Executive
Location:Lekki Phase 1
Salary: ₦200,000 (Gross Salary) + Commission + Incentives
Work Mode:Hybrid
3days Onsite,2 days Off
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of the company’s real estate products and services.
Close deals efficiently and meet or exceed sales targets.
Generate and convert leads through both online and offline channels.
Follow up effectively with prospects to maintain a solid sales pipeline.
Develop and implement sales strategies to boost visibility and conversions.
Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Maintain a high level of customer service and client satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the team.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 year proven sales experience with high closing skill (real estate experience is an added advantage).
Strong ability to close deals Outrightly and follow up consistently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High standard of ethics and workplace behavior.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Strong digital and physical marketing skills.
Must reside on the Island, Lagos.
