Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of the company’s real estate products and services. This role involves identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, closing sales deals, and meeting monthly/quarterly targets. The ideal candidate must be persuasive, result-oriented, and passionate about real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s properties to prospective buyers and investors.
- Actively source new clients through networking, referrals, online/offline marketing, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing guidance and property investment advice.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct property inspections, presentations, and site visits with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns and strategies.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Follow up on leads promptly and ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (experience can substitute for qualification).
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
- Must be self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
Preferred Qualities
- Knowledge of the Abuja real estate market.
- A personal network of potential clients/investors.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
