Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Seeking out & engaging customer prospects to sell freight forwarding & logistics services. Ensuring revenue generation, securing profitable business deals, to ensure customer satisfaction & retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 - 5 years proven sales experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to close sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Experience in managing multiple accounts effectively.
- Results-driven and proven consistent track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
