Salary: ₦250,000

A real estate company is looking for experienced, result-driven Sales Executives who know how to build trust, convert leads, and close property deals fast. If you're passionate about selling, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective clients
Provide up to date call data base and generate report on all clients activities
Conduct property presentations and site inspections
Negotiate and close property sales
Help to plan, develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Meet monthly sales targets
Requirements:
2–3 years’ experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage)
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sales Driven, confident, and customer-focused personnel
