Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Driving a company's sales
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Promoting the company’s products Building relationships with clients and closing deals.
Requirements:
- A good degree in a relevant field (e.g., sales, marketing);
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales;
- Strong portfolio with evidence of property sales;
- Excellent communication & client engagement skills;
- Target-oriented and confident closer;
- Good business acumen and understanding of the real estate industry;
- Good creative and analytical thinker;
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships;
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities;
- Good project management, organisational and time management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Compensation & Benefits:
- NGN 250,000 Monthly + commission
