Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients (hospitals, clinics, insurers, telehealth providers, etc.) using tools like LinkedIn, CRM data, and industry databases.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and social selling to initiate conversations with key decision-makers (e.g., C-level executives, physicians, and IT leaders).
- Assess prospects' needs, budget, and decision-making process to determine fit for our digital health solutions (EHR, telehealth, AI diagnostics, remote monitoring, etc.).
- Schedule meetings and demos for account executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Accurately track all activities (calls, emails, meetings) using a CRM tool.
- Stay informed about digital health trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that impact the industry. Work closely with marketing to refine messaging and leverage inbound leads from campaigns, webinars, and events.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales (experience in digital health, SaaS, or healthcare IT preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare systems, EHRs, value-based care, or digital health solutions is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms.
- Persistence: Comfortable with rejection and skilled at overcoming objections.
- Proficient in CRM software and other innovative tools
- Self-Motivated: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B selling (hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories & diagnostics).
