As we scale, we're looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales and Account Manager to help drive growth and deepen client relationships.
Job Overview
As the Sales and Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing key accounts, and ensuring our customers consistently experience the best of Japtini’s logistics services. You’ll be at the heart of our revenue growth strategy, balancing new business development with relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and convert leads into active customers through strategic outreach and marketing coordination.
- Account Management: Manage key client accounts, understand their business needs, and offer tailored logistics solutions.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute plans to meet monthly revenue and trip volume targets.
- Proposal & Pricing Development: Prepare commercial proposals, lead pricing negotiations, and ensure value-based selling.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients, conduct reviews, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Reporting & Insights: Track and report key performance metrics (trips, revenue, client retention, etc.) to leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5years experience in B2B sales, account management, or client services.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
