Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manne
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or alternatives.
- Promote and upsell products to achieve sales
- Handle cash, card, and POS transactions accurately.
- Keep shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store. Work with team members to meet and exceed store goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND (HND/BSc is an added advantage).
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and upselling abilities.
- Ability to stand for long hours and work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays)
- Must reside in or be willing to work in Ibeju-Lekki, Edo, Apapa, or Owerri.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for sales.
