Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
- Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Monitor inventory and manage stock levels efficiently
- Achieve sales targets and manage budgetary controls
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role in a fast-food or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Sound knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
