Job Description:

We are seeking a Residential Property Manager with a solid background in hotel management to oversee the daily operations of a private residence in Abuja. The ideal candidate must have previously managed a hotel or similar hospitality facility and possess strong skills in staff coordination, service delivery, and household operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all residential operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and service staff.

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, order, and comfort within the home.

Coordinate external service providers (e.g., technicians, cleaners, security).

Handle household budgeting, procurement, and inventory control.

Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the residence in line with top hospitality standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience managing a hotel, guest house, or high-end residence.

Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and service quality.

Excellent leadership, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Professional, trustworthy, and discreet.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
