Role Summary : We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Supervisor/Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our shortlet apartment operations. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for managing property staff, coordinating bookings, maintaining excellent guest relations, and ensuring the smooth operation of all business activities.

This role requires a hands-on manager who can juggle multiple responsibilities, respond quickly

to guest inquiries, and ensure the apartments are consistently presented at a high standard.

Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days onsite)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaner and security/handyman.
• Ensure cleaning schedules are adhered to and apartments are always guest-ready.
• Delegate tasks and provide feedback to improve staff performance.
• Manage and respond to booking inquiries via Airbnb, and other shortlet platforms.
• Ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out process.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally and promptly.
• Respond to inquiries and messages on company social media handles.
• Marketing the apartments with content ideas and occasional postings related to guest
• experiences or promotions.
• Maintain and update the income and expense spreadsheet regularly.
• Submit weekly & monthly financial reports to management.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control.
• Schedule and coordinate repairs/maintenance work with internal handyman or external
• contractors.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure everything is in working order.
• Keep records of bookings, maintenance, inventory, and supply needs.
Report weekly to senior management on operations, issues, and improvements.

Qualifications

• 1 years of property experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
Tech-savy with good digital literacy
