Location: Fully Remote (Nigeria)
Position: Internship Sales Associate
Duration: 3 Months (With potential for full-time conversion)
Compensation: ₦50,000 monthly stipend + 3% commission on all sales (E.g, Average Web app cost is ₦1,000,000, your commission is ₦30,000 on that deal)

The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience to grow in sales, prospecting, leads, client followup, engagement and closing deals. You will be the bridge between our agency and potential clients, utilising your sales skills to convert cold prospects into paying customers. You will play a direct role in our success and be rewarded for your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Lead Management:
- Proactively reach out to potential prospects generated through marketing campaigns and social media.
- diligently follow up with leads who have shown interest in our services via email, social media DMs, and calls.
- Clearly articulate Skyestudio's value proposition and service offerings.
- Nurture client relationships, answer queries, and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Client Relations Provide excellent pre-sales support to build trust and credibility.
What We're Looking For (Requirements):
- Proven skill in video editing, specifically using CapCut on a laptop.
- A smartphone and a reliable, working laptop are mandatory.
- Highly motivated, proactive and strong verbal communication and persuasion
- A strong interest in and basic knowledge of sales principles and customer engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be persuasive and professional.
- A self-starter who is highly motivated, results-driven, and can work independently in a fully remote role.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Must be available to work Monday to Friday, and occasionally on weekends as needed by client demands.
Ideal Candidate (Nice-to-Haves):
- Previous experience in sales, or social media management (even informally). A keen interest in technology and software.
