Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a portfolio of personal banking clients.

Provide tailored financial advice and banking solutions to meet clients’ needs.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products and services.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through personalized service.

Achieve individual and branch targets for deposits, lending, and other financial products.

Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide prompt support.

Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services sector.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Sales-driven with a solid understanding of banking products.

High level of integrity and professionalism.
