Job Description/Requirements
We're Hiring: Relationship Manager at Max Capital Investment Ltd
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Positions Available: 5 openings
Reports To: Team Lead
What You'll Do:
- Drive sales of our financial products/services to meet revenue targets
- Leverage proven networks for proof of funds sales
- Mobilize funds from individuals and corporate entities
- Originate and process customer loan requests and documentation
- Manage loan repayments and remedial activities
- Build and maintain strong business and customer relationships
- Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and social media
- Resolve customer challenges to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members across departments Submit regular reports to management
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's Degree/HND in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years sales experience in financial institutions
Key Skills:
- Excellent funds mobilization capabilities
- Strong loan processing and recovery skills
- Business opportunity identification
- Outstanding business development and relationship management Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
What We Offer:
- Base Salary: ₦250,000 monthly
- Performance Bonus: Up to ₦500,000 monthly Growth opportunities in a dynamic financial services environment
