Job Title: Relationship Managers / Account Officers
Locations: Multiple branches across Apapa, Ikoyi, Mainland, Lagos Island, Lagos Central, and Southwest regions
About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Relationship Managers / Account Officers to join our growing team. In this role, you will build and nurture lasting client relationships, drive business growth, and provide expert guidance on our full range of banking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Drive sales and cross-sell banking products to meet revenue targets
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
- Provide tailored financial solutions to meet clients’ needs
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal banking policies
Requirements
- 2–6 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship roles within banking or financial services
- Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) in a relevant bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of banking products and market trends

Pay: ₦180,000.00 - ₦1,000,000.00 per month
