We are looking to hire experienced Regional Sales Managers for our client in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in their respective regions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets.

Manage and grow relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Lead and mentor sales teams to maximize performance.

Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Provide regular sales reports and performance insights.

Requirements:
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales at a managerial level.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work independently and drive results.

Must be willing to travel within assigned regions.
