Role Overview
As a Regional Sales Lead, you will be responsible for selling our digital health products while overseeing and supporting sales canvassers across assigned territories. You will ensure that canvassing efforts are well-coordinated, productive, and consistently drive quality lead generation. In addition to managing regional deal flow, you will supervise canvasser performance, support end-to-end sales conversion, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient lead follow-up and achievement of revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the sale of Plural Health’s digital health products across assigned regions, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and revenue generation.
- Oversee and support a team of sales canvassers, providing strategic direction, on-the-ground support, and performance coaching.
- Monitor and evaluate canvassing activities to ensure high-quality lead generation and alignment with sales objectives.
- Promote product awareness within target markets, effectively communicating value propositions and differentiators.
- Drive adoption through free trials and sign-up campaigns, ensuring prospects experience the full value of our solutions.
- Manage regional deal flow from lead identification through to successful conversion, ensuring timely and efficient follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales metrics, canvasser performance, and regional pipeline health, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to regional sales strategies that expand customer reach and product adoption.
- Ensure canvassers are equipped with up-to-date product knowledge, sales materials, and training resources.
- Represent the company at key regional events, trade shows, and meetings with potential clients or stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, business development, or sales operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing field teams or canvassers.
- Background in Tech, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Insurance, or Diagnostics sales is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Willing to travel regularly
