Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Support sales team with lead generation and basic sales follow-up.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.
- Handle client records, appointments, and front desk administration.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements & Skills:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a sales/customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle client needs promptly.
