About the Role
- We are looking for a welcoming and organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office.
- This role involves greeting visitors, managing calls, and creating a professional and friendly atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle mail and deliveries
- Keep the reception area tidy and well-presented
- Assist with booking meeting rooms and basic admin tasks
- Provide information to visitors and staff when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Candidates should possess an HND qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office).
