Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Osun State, Nigeria for a Realtor. The Realtor will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include providing guidance and assistance to buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing property, managing property listings, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sale prices. The Realtor will also handle contracts, lease agreements, and other related paperwork. Excellent customer service is expected to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- In-depth knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with local real estate market and regulations Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
