Job Summary
The Real Estate Marketer is responsible for promoting, selling, and leasing the company’s properties by developing effective marketing strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving sales performance. The role requires an energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused individual with a passion for real estate and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
- Actively market the company’s properties through online and offline channels.
- Generate new leads and prospects through networking, referrals, cold calling, and property exhibitions.
- Schedule and conduct inspection with potential clients.
- Negotiate offers and close property sales in line with company targets.
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Marketing & Promotion
- Leverage digital marketing (social media, online listings, email campaigns) to drive property visibility.
- Participate in property fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Provide input for the design of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates for management.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve services and product offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales/marketing is an advantage (entry-level candidates may be considered with strong sales drive).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales orientation with ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media marketing.
- Energetic, confident, and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is an added advantage.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
