Location: Ogudu, Lagos

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦250,000 Monthly

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Half-day on Saturdays)

Experience Required: Minimum of 2 Years

Job Summary:

A reputable construction company in Ogudu, Lagos, is seeking a skilled Estimator with solid experience in building construction to prepare accurate cost estimates, material take-offs, and support project budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Determine the quantity and cost of materials, labor, and equipment
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers for updates and accuracy
• Prepare and submit bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documents
• Track changes in design and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Provide input for budget planning and cost control strategies
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Estimator in a building construction environment
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and pricing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimation software
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and numerical accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
