Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Manager – Agro allied / Food processing(Calabar)

Role summary
We are hiring for our client, a Quality Control Manager to oversee and maintain high-quality standards across all production processes. Candidates with experience in pasta or milling operations are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce quality control procedures to ensure product consistency.
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Train and guide production staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, compliance, and R&D.
- Maintain comprehensive records of quality assurance activities and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quality control management role within the food or agro-allied sector.
- Prior experience in pasta production or milling is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance systems and regulatory standards.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Must be based in Calabar or nearby states.
