KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Monitoring & Fulfillment
- Track and process all e-commerce and social media orders from placement to delivery.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, email, or website.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
Social Media Content & Engagement
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the team on campaign ideas, photoshoots, and product launches.
- Monitor DMs, comments, and tags; escalate issues or opportunities for engagement.
Product Quality Control
- Inspect all garments before they are shipped to ensure they meet brand standards in stitching, fit, labeling, and finishing.
- Flag any production issues or customer returns linked to quality defects.
- Maintain quality control checklists and feedback reports for the production team.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Conduct monthly stock counts of fabrics, ready-made garments, and packaging materials.
- Update inventory systems and flag low stock or restock needs.
- Help organize and maintain storage or showroom areas.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare simple performance or issue-tracking reports (orders processed, quality flags, customer feedback).
- Liaise with tailors, couriers, and internal team members to ensure smooth operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTs
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline
- Experience in E-commerce, Social Media Management, or Fashion Production is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to details
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suites
- Strong organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₦120,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
