Job Description/Requirements
Promote safety culture and COMPANY HSE rules within COMPANY and contractors’ personnel,

Responsibilities
Quality Management Systems:
o Develop and implement robust quality management systems (QMS) for all project activities.
o Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Quality Planning:
o Collaborate with project managers and engineers to create comprehensive quality plans.
o Define quality objectives, performance metrics, and inspection criteria.
Quality Control:
o Oversee inspection and testing activities during construction, installation, and commissioning.
o Monitor adherence to quality procedures and specifications.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
o Identify potential risks to quality and develop strategies to mitigate them.
o Implement preventive and corrective actions as needed.
Supplier Quality Management:
o Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on quality performance.
o Conduct audits and assessments of subcontractors and vendors.
Document Control:
o Manage project documentation related to quality assurance and control.
o Ensure accurate record-keeping and traceability.
Continuous Improvement:
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
o Analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
Training and Awareness:
o Provide training to project teams on quality procedures and best practices.
o Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in quality assurance and control within the oil and gas industry.
Proficiency in quality management tools and techniques.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proactive and results-driven professional committed to high-quality standards in complex projects.
