We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing manual and automated test plans, identifying and tracking bugs, and ensuring that all product releases meet the highest quality standards. This role will also involve conducting regression testing to prevent reintroduction of previously resolved issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Conduct regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
- Participate in release planning and provide quality assurance sign-off.
- Continuously improve testing processes and tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation tools
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with API testing tools
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
- Familiarity with performance testing tools

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
