Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Run Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews).
- Maintain backlog and user stories in Jira/Airtable.
- Capture business requirements and translate them into deliverables.
- Ensure sprint timelines and deliverables are met. Coordinate across multiple projects and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of PM/BA experience in Agile delivery.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Airtable.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
