Job Summary
We are is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Project Manager with a strong background in Accounting and IT to oversee projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate must be proficient in using ODO software (ERP) to manage project finances, timelines, and team coordination.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources using ODO software
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain accurate financial records, budgeting, and reporting for each project
- Generate weekly reports, cost estimates, and cash flow projections Implement IT tools to streamline project management and reporting processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing construction projects
- Background in Accounting and IT is mandatory
- Proficiency in ODO ERP software is required
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and financial reporting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Relevant certifications (PMP, etc.) will be an added advantage
