ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Volunteer IT Project Manager who will take the lead on coordinating and executing internal tech and web-based projects. From planning timelines to managing team deliverables, your contribution will help us build stronger systems and drive real impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Plan, coordinate, and manage IT-related projects such as web, automation, CRM setups, integrations.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and cross-functional team members.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Track and manage project tasks using tools like Trello, Jira, or Slack.
• Participate in strategy meetings and report weekly on project status.
• Assist in shaping IT frameworks and internal tech documentation.
Support the development of websites, portals, and automation flows for Isaacs Consolidate and its brands

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
• Some experience in project management (personal projects, internships, or freelance work welcome).
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, Notion, Jira, or ClickUp.
• Strong communication, time management, and team coordination skills.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully in a fast-paced environment.
A laptop, stable internet, and consistent availability (approx. 5–8 hours/week).

PREFFERED SKILLS

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with DevOps and cloud environments.
• Budgeting and cost control experience.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
