What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee and manage projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Develop and track project plans, reports, and performance metrics.
- Identify risks and roadblocks, and implement proactive solutions.
- Introduce tools and workflows that make project execution more efficient.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of project management experience, preferably in software, IT, or creative projects.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to keep teams focused.
- Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, or ClickUp).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Bonus points if you have a background in automation, SaaS products, or digital transformation.
- A problem-solver’s mindset with a keen eye for detail and a love for clean, efficient result.
