As we scale our impact, we’re seeking an experienced programs manager to help us lead and grow our community health project impact and reach. - Are you passionate about transforming communities through impactful health programs? - Do you have a strong background in program design, execution, and team leadership? Graced Circle Health Initiative is looking for a Programs Manager to lead and grow our community health projects across Nigeria and beyond. What You'll Do: - Plan and manage health programs from idea to impact. - Coordinate field teams, volunteers, and stakeholders. - Track progress using M\&E tools and ensure timely, quality reporting. - Build strong relationships with partners, funders, and community leaders. - Contribute to grant writing and organizational strategy. What We're Looking For: - 3+ years’ experience in program management within the NGO or health sector. - Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills. - Background in Public Health, Development Studies, or related field. - Comfortable working remotely and managing virtual teams. - Ability to show up during physical events. - Proven ability to manage and oversee multiple projects concurrently. Bonus: Experience with donor reporting and community engagement.
