Our client is a mission-driven non-profit/foundation dedicated to poverty alleviation and humanitarian causes. They are currently in need of a Program Coordinator who will support the successful implementation and coordination of one or more programs across geographies. This role involves working closely with the program team, partners, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are well-organized, timelines are met, and communication flows efficiently. It’s an ideal role for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for social impact in a remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth program operations.
- Coordinate program activities, events, and virtual meetings across multiple time zones.
- Assist with tracking program deliverables, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program records, reports, and databases.
- Support grant and donor reporting by collecting data and drafting inputs.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
- Prepare internal documents such as meeting agendas, summaries, presentations, and status updates.
- Assist with travel arrangements or fieldwork logistics, when applicable.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 2 years (minimum) experience in project or program coordination, ideally within a nonprofit or NGO setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working remotely or coordinating across global teams is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote team.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
