Job Summary:
Drive the strategy, development, and optimization of the bank’s ATM service offerings. Ensure seamless operations, user satisfaction, and cost-effective deployment and management of ATM infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ATM service strategy aligned with business goals.
- Monitor ATM uptime, availability, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, software upgrades, and installations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience at ATMs (UX, security, etc.).
- Analyze transaction trends and identify optimization opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in e-banking or ATM product management.
- Strong knowledge of ATM networks, card technologies, and switching systems.
