Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends within the Nigerian market.
- Analyse competitive products, identifying opportunities and potential threats to our company's market share.
- Gather insights on pricing, features, and distribution channels to inform product strategy. Gather and interpret customer feedback to identify product improvements and new feature ideas.

Sales and Marketing Support:
- Develop product-related sales and marketing materials, ensuring effective communication of product value and benefits. Train sales teams on product features, specifications, and competitive advantages.
Stakeholder Management:
Regularly update senior management on product performance, challenges, and opportunities.Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields An MBA is an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the small domestic appliance sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian market, particularly small domestic appliances.
- Proficient in data analysis and product performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to focus on consumer needs, ensuring product offerings are aligned with market demands.
