Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Management Instructor, located in Ikeja. The Product Management Instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions on product management principles and practices. Day-to-day tasks will include developing course materials, conducting lectures, workshops, and hands-on activities; providing individual guidance to students; and staying current with industry trends to ensure the relevance and accuracy of the training content.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Product Management principles and practices
• Experience in designing and delivering training sessions or educational programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively mentor and guide students
• Proficiency in conducting research to stay current with industry trends
• Experience with product development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in a Product Management role is a plus
