Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Procurement/Sourcing Analyst to support the strategic sourcing operations for our clients. You will analyze spend data, source vendors, and help implement digital procurement workflows that drive cost savings and efficiency. This is a full-time and hybrid position located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Analyze procurement spending data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct supplier research, benchmarking, and RFx (RFI, RFQ, RFP) processes across multiple categories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, ops) to translate procurement requirements into digital workflows.
- Support the implementation and onboarding of suppliers onto the procurement platform.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance using defined KPIs.
- Develop and maintain category dashboards, procurement reports, and sourcing documentation.
- Assist in supplier negotiations and contracting processes where required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement tools, templates, and analytics. Work closely with clients to align sourcing activities with their procurement goals and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
- 3 years of experience is required
