Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst with expertise in Time and Attendance to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managing time and attendance data, and providing support to the HR and finance teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees, including calculations, deductions, and compliance with labor laws.

2. Time and Attendance: Manage time and attendance data, including tracking hours worked, leave, and overtime.

3. Data Analysis: Analyze payroll and time and attendance data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

4. Reporting: Prepare and provide reports on payroll and time and attendance data to management and other stakeholders.

5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to payroll and time and attendance.

Skill Set:

1. Payroll Software: Proficiency in payroll software, such as HRMS or payroll-specific systems.

2. Time and Attendance Systems: Experience with time and attendance tracking systems.

3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

4. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing and data analysis.

5. Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with HR, finance, and other teams.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.

2. Experience: 3-4 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and payroll software.
