Basic Details

100% Remote

Responsibilities

You will play a key role in ensuring our mentees are successful in their job search journey by providing guidance, support, and accountability. You will:

• Understand the WorkTipsPro Job Search Program and mentor clients through each module
• Tailor resumes and do job search applications.
• Execute networking strategies, including conducting regular outreach to target companies.
• Follow up with clients weekly to track their progress
• Send weekly priorities to help clients focus on the most impactful tasks
• Review and provide feedback on resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and portfolios (written and video formats)
• Conduct mock interviews
• Attend and lead office hours, answering any questions mentees may have
• Track client metrics weekly (applications, networking efforts, social media presence)
• Encourage, support, and hold clients accountable with empathy and understanding
• Conduct onboarding and check-in calls with mentees
• Ensure clients stay engaged and motivated throughout their job search
Prepare other job search artifacts as required.

Requirements

Must-have

• Career coaching, recruiting or employability experience
• Client-facing experience and a talent for building strong relationships
• A stable and fast internet connection for video calls
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work in the US/Canada Eastern Time Zone
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
Attention to detail.

• Experience working with North American clients
Comfortable with AI tools
