About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Petrol Attendant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their petrol stations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of petrol attendants and other station staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor fuel levels, stock, and inventory to avoid shortages.
- Accurately prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports.
- Manage cash handling procedures, daily reconciliations, and documentation.
- Train, motivate, and appraise petrol attendants for improved performance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with suppliers and ensure smooth logistics for fuel and other products.
- Maintain cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of all station facilities.
- Implement company policies and operational standards at the station.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Prior experience in retail operations, fuel station management, or supervisory roles is an added advantage.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and pay close attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).

Ife, Ilesha, and Ibadan (Accommodation provided for Ife and Ilesha)
