Kunda Kids is a leading children’s media company creating African-inspired stories, music, and animations for global audiences. Our YouTube channel is a key platform for reaching children and families worldwide. We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager (YouTube & Digital) to take charge of our YouTube Studio and digital marketing operations, scaling audience growth, engagement, and monetization.
Key Responsibilities
YouTube Studio Management (MUST HAVE)
- Own the end-to-end management of Kunda Kids’ YouTube Studio.
- Upload, optimize, and schedule video content (thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, playlists).
- Monitor analytics and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Optimize for CTR, retention, watch time, and subscriber growth.
- Manage comments, community posts, and engagement strategies.
- Implement YouTube SEO best practices and A/B test creative assets.
Performance Marketing & Growth
- Develop and execute paid digital campaigns (YouTube Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads).
- Track CAC, LTV, and ROAS across campaigns.
- Grow audience through organic and paid subscriber acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with content, design, and creative teams to ensure high-performing content.
- Explore partnerships and cross-promotion opportunities with influencers, channels, and platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools to drive data-backed decisions.
- Set growth KPIs and measure content performance against benchmarks.
- Provide actionable insights for content strategy and monetization optimization.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in YouTube channel management & performance marketing.
- Proven expertise with YouTube Studio (non-negotiable).
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and monetization.
- Experience running paid campaigns (YouTube Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Analytical and results-oriented with a track record of growing digital audiences.
- Creative eye for thumbnails, titles, and engagement tactics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦450,000.00 per month
