Title: PA/Social Media Handler

Work Schedule: Hybrid
Our client is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and tech-savvy personal assistant with a strong background in social media management to support daily operations and enhance the digital presence of the brand.
Personal Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups
- Assist with personal errands and confidential tasks
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Perform any other task as required
Social Media Management Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms as required
- Monitor trends, engagement, and platform performance analytics
- Respond to comments, messages, and maintain interactions
- Assist with brand voice development and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers as applicable
- Perform any other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or any related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Tech-savvy with a creative eye for branding and digital storytelling
